Innocow

Return New / Unopened Items

Unless otherwise stated below, all new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days from original invoice date for the refund of your purchased price (minus the Amazon shipping cost). Items should be returned in their original packaging. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us at service@lnnocow.com. The return request must include your invoice/order number, product name, and date of purchase. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Innocow to process your return. All returned items sent back to Innocow has to be shipped freight prepaid and also with a tracking number. No COD or freight collect returns will be accepted by Innocow.


If we shipped an incorrect item(s) due to customer's ordering error or mistake, customer will be charged the shipping fee
when the product has been returned.

 

Return Opened Items

All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if return open or in a non-factory sealed package/box.

 

Return / Exchange Defective Items

Defective product may only be returned within 14 days from the date of your original invoice in exchange for the exact same product. Once your defective return for exchange is processed and is verified, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. It can be also returned for a full refund of the purchased price provided that your defective return must be shipped via ground shipment only. A formal receipt or invoice from the shipping company needs to be submitted for Innocow to process the reimbursement. If you return your product via an expedited or more expensive shipping method, the request for reimbursement will be denied as the expenses were incurred by you. We can only exchange your item after we receive and process your returned product. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team. Products that became defective due to user abuse or not following installation instruction are not eligible for returns, exchanges and/or shipping expense reimbursement.

 

A RMA number will be issued to you if your order is determined eligible for return. Once a RMA number is issued, it is only valid for 14 days from the issued date. Your order(s) does not have to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipping company. The RMA number must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When the RMA number expires, you may no longer return your product using that particular RMA number.

 

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery times vary based on the shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after the item is received.

 

Damaged Merchandise

At times, product may get damaged in shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at service@Innocow.com so that we can resolve the issue. Please remember to keep the box and packing material the merchandise arrived in. We can replace the merchandise or issue a refund once the damaged item has been returned to us. Your satisfaction is our goal.

 

Return Procedure

All returns must include the following:

 

1.       Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.       Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

3.       Original intact UPC barcode and/or Serial Number. Do not cut out the UPC code for rebates until you have tested the product. Removal of the UPC code will void any possibility of return the product back to Innocow regardless of RMA status.

4.       Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip for rebates until you have tested the product.

5.       The return must include all accessories (power adapter, antennas, batteries, software disks, etc.)

6.       Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

7.       After checked the lists above, please ship your return item to:

Note: The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the return label or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you.
